Abstract

¸ñÀû: À̹ø ¿¬±¸´Â ÃÖ±Ù ½ÃÆǵǰí ÀÖ´Â ±¹³»»ê taper straight ŸÀÔÀÇ SLA surface¸¦ °¡Áø ÀÓÇöõÆ®ÀÇ º¯¿¬°ñ Èí¼öµµ¿Í »ýÁ¸À²À» Æò°¡ÇÏ¿© ÀÓ»óÀû À¯¿ë¼ºÀ» ¾Ë¾Æº¸±â À§ÇØ ½ÃÇàÇÏ¿´´Ù.

´ë»ó ¹× ¹æ¹ý: Àü³²´ëÇб³ Ä¡°úº´¿ø Ä¡ÁÖ°ú¿¡¼­ 2016³â 8¿ùºÎÅÍ 2019³â 12¿ù±îÁö KISPLANT¢ç°¡ ½Ä¸³µÈ ¼ºÀγ²³à 83¸íÀÇ 125°³ÀÇ ÀÓÇöõÆ® Áß Æ÷ÇÔ ±âÁØÀ» ÃæÁ·½ÃÅ°´Â 19¸íÀÇ 40°³ÀÇ ÀÓÇöõÆ®¸¦ 1³â µ¿¾ÈÀÇ °üÂû ´ë»óÀ¸·Î ÇÏ¿´´Ù. óÀ½°ú 1³â ÈÄÀÇ Ä¡±Ù´Ü ¹æ»ç¼± »çÁø¿¡¼­ º¯¿¬°ñ ¼öÁØÀ» ÃøÁ¤ÇÏ°í, À̸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© ÀÓÇöõÆ® »ýÁ¸À²°ú ¼º°ø·üÀ» ºÐ¼®ÇÏ¿´´Ù. ¶ÇÇÑ Ä¡ÁÖ¿° ½Éµµ, SPT, ½Ä¸³ ºÎÀ§, Ä¡¾Æ ¹ß°Å ÀÌÀ¯, Áï½Ã ½Ä¸³ ¿©ºÎ, Àü½ÅÁúȯ¿¡ µû¶ó º¯¿¬°ñ Èí¼öµµ¿¡ À¯ÀÇÇÑ Â÷ÀÌ°¡ ÀÖ´ÂÁö¸¦ È®ÀÎÇϱâ À§ÇØ t-test¸¦ ¼öÇàÇÏ¿´´Ù.

°á°ú: ±Ù½ÉÃø º¯¿¬°ñ Èí¼öµµ´Â 0.74 ¡¾ 1.07 mm, ¿ø½ÉÃø º¯¿¬°ñ Èí¼öµµ´Â 0.53 ¡¾ 1.04 mm·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. 1³â µ¿¾È 40°³ÀÇ ÀÓÇöõÆ® Áß 3°³ÀÇ ÀÓÇöõÆ®¿¡¼­ 2 mm ÀÌ»óÀÇ º¯¿¬°ñ Èí¼ö°¡ ÀϾ ÀÓÇöõÆ® ¼º°ø·üÀº 92.5%ÀÌ°í »ýÁ¸À²Àº 100%À̾ú´Ù. t-test¸¦ ¼öÇàÇÑ °á°ú ±Ù½ÉÃø º¯¿¬°ñ Èí¼öµµ¿Í ½Ä¸³ ºÎÀ§¿¡¼­ À¯ÀÇÇÑ Â÷ÀÌ°¡ ÀÖ¾ú°í ³ª¸ÓÁö ¿äÀο¡¼­´Â À¯ÀÇÇÑ Â÷ÀÌ°¡ ¾ø¾ú´Ù.

°á·Ð: À̹ø ¿¬±¸¿¡¼­ º¯¿¬°ñ Èí¼öµµ¿Í ¼º°ø·ü, »ýÁ¸À²À» Æò°¡ÇØ º» °á°ú ÀÓÇöõÆ® ½Ä¸³ 1³â ÈÄ ³ôÀº »ýÁ¸À²°ú ¼º°ø·üÀ» º¸¿´°í ³·Àº º¯¿¬°ñ Èí¼öµµ¸¦ º¸¿© taper straight ŸÀÔÀÇ SLA surface¸¦ °¡Áø ÀÓÇöõÆ®´Â ¿ì¼öÇÑ ÀÓ»ó °á°ú¸¦ º¸¿´´Ù.

Purpose. This study was conducted to evaluate clinical usefulness by evaluating the marginal bone resorption and survival rate of an implant with a taper straight type SLA surface domestically available on the market recently.

Materials and methods. 40 implants satisfying the including criteria were observed for one year of 125 implants of 83 adult men and women who had KISPLANT¢ç implanted from August 2016 to December 2019 at the Department of Periodontology, Chonnam National University Dental Hospital. The marginal bone level was measured on periapical radiographs taken initially and 1 year later and we analyzed implant survival and success rates. A t-test was used for the analysis of the association between the marginal bone resorption and the severity of periodontitis, supportive periodontal therapy, the inserted site, the cause of extraction, immediate placement, and systemic disease.

Results. After 1 year of loading, the mesial bone resorption was 0.74 ¡¾ 1.07 mm, and the distal bone resorption was 0.53 ¡¾ 1.04 mm. The marginal bone resorption of 2 mm or more occurred at 3 implants out of 40 implants after 1 year, so the success rate of implant was 92.5% and survival rate was 100%. There was a significant difference in mesial marginal bone resorption according to the inserted site and no significant differences were found between marginal bone resorption and the other factors.
Conclusion. As a result of marginal bone resorption, success rate, and survival rate in this study, we found little marginal bone resorption and high survival and success rate. It can be concluded that they represent excellent clinical results.
